Applied Ecology Research Group

Research within the Applied Ecology Group focuses on assessment of: 1) the impact of hibitat alteration on tropical birds; 2) parrot ecology and conservation; 3) the ecology and management of human-influenced environments, especially urban systems; 4) environmental impacts on invertebrate behaviour and ecology; and 5) invertebrate conservation and management. Group members also have strong interests in issues associated with access to, provision and assessment of environmental education, and environmental monitoring and ecological survey methods.
